Responsibilities:

  • Manage all Hardware design related activities including Validation activities DV, PV, DMC, and EMC testing
  • Manage all hardware engineering change requests (ECRs)
  • Created various scripts for testing and parsing / analysis of data
  • Ability to read and work with schematics throughout PLM (Product Lifecycle Management),
  • Prior experience release BOM
  • Engineer will create and maintain hardware forms and documentation. This includes Schematics, Software, Maintenance Manual, and Spare Parts.
  • Develop and present Technical Equipment Design Review materials to the group during the program development phases. This is based on standards or R&D items being reviewed.
  • Conduct feasibility studies on new designs and Validation of Equipment for production robustness.
  • Guide support personnel in the preparation of detailed design, design testing, and prototype fabrication.
  • Attend program meetings to report equipment program status, issues, and proposed solutions.
