Position Overview:
ALTEN Technology is seeking a talented and motivated Embedded Software Engineer to join our New Mobility team within the automotive industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and integrating cutting-edge embedded software solutions for our next-generation automotive systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects that shape the future of transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for automotive applications.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and specifications.
· Utilize Davinci Developer and Davinci Configurator for AUTOSAR-based software development.
· Develop system models and simulations using System Composer in MATLAB.
· Implement and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.
· Integrate and test software components to ensure compliance with AUTOSAR standards.
· Debug and troubleshoot embedded controllers to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
· Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of software development processes.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
· Proven experience in embedded software development, particularly in the automotive industry.
· Proficiency in Davinci Developer and Davinci Configurator.
· Experience with System Composer in MATLAB.
· Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and tools.
· In-depth knowledge of AUTOSAR standards and methodologies.
· Experience in debugging embedded controllers.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience with other automotive software tools and frameworks.
· Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
· Knowledge of vehicle networking protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
· Experience with safety-critical software development.
· A collaborative and innovative work environment.
