
Sustainability Project Manager (helicopters)

Responsibilities:
- Lead environmental projects, including CO2 and energy reduction initiatives (High5+).
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Track and report project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support and integrate ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) initiatives across operations.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field
- 3–5 years in sustainability, environmental projects, or facility management
Qualifications:
- Experience in program or project management, with a proven track record in sustainability initiatives, specifically related to energy and carbon reduction. Experience in the aviation or aerospace industry is often preferred.
- Experience with regulatory compliance: Ensure projects adhere to all federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
- Exposure to emissions inventory and reporting
- Familiarity with auditing and assessment: Conduct sustainability audits and assessments, including life cycle analyses, to identify areas for improvement.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills for interpreting environmental and operational data.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools, including spreadsheets and visualization software like PowerBI.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage complex projects
- Project Management Certification: CAPM, PMP, or similar is a plus
Location: On-site, in Grand Prairie, TX
Salary Range: $75K-$90K
