Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to lead the development of scalable features for our ARDA platform. This role involves working across the full technology stack to deliver high-quality solutions that enable our business to thrive in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Develop End-to-End Solutions
Lead the development of scalable ARDA platform features across the full technology stack, including front-end interfaces, back-end services, and database integrations. - Build Modern, Responsive User Interfaces
Develop intuitive, high-performance web applications using modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue), ensuring seamless user experience and cross-browser compatibility. - Develop & Maintain APIs and Server-Side Logic
Architect and implement secure, scalable RESTful APIs and back-end services that support ARDA business functionality and data workflows. - Database Architecture & Optimization
Design and maintain relational and/or NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity, performance optimization, and efficient query execution. - Implement Testing, CI/CD & DevOps Best Practices
Write unit and integration tests, manage version control (Git), and support automated build and deployment pipelines to ensure reliable releases and system stability.
Qualifications
- 5-10 Years of Experience
At least 2-3 years of that experience being in Java. Backend experience strongly preferred. - Proficiency in SQL
At least 3-5 years of experience with a solid grasp of more complex SQL operations like CTE, query plans, troubleshooting, indexes, etc. - Specific Experiences
Experience handling highly regulated, high-pressure environments preferred. Familiarity with processes, red tape, auditory/compliance preferred. - Infrastructure Experience
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Urbancode, and familiarity with AWS services like S3, SQS, SSM, KMS, etc.
Salary Range: $120,000 to $140,000 USD
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Hybrid: Expectation of 3 days in-office per week in Midtown Manhattan.
