You’ll have the opportunity to build programs from the ground up, influence culture in meaningful ways, and create experiences that help people thrive personally and professionally.

What You’ll Do

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Own and continuously improve the employee experience across the full lifecycle
  • Design and manage onboarding programs that help new hires feel connected, supported, and productive from day one
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, including feedback programs, pulse surveys, recognition efforts, and culture-building activities
  • Partner with leaders to identify opportunities to improve team health, communication, and employee satisfaction
  • Serve as a trusted, approachable resource for employees and managers

Learning, Development & Coaching

  • Help build scalable development programs for employees and managers
  • Support performance and growth conversations through coaching, resources, and thoughtful guidance
  • Partner with leaders on talent development, career pathing, and manager enablement
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and team development initiatives

Programs, Processes & Operations

  • Partner with the CPO to design and implement People programs, processes, and policies that align with company culture and business goals
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline People operations through systems, automation, and better workflows
  • Help evaluate and optimize the People tech stack to create a more engaging and efficient employee experience
  • Use data and employee feedback to inform recommendations and improvements

Culture & Partnership

  • Help foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing culture
  • Build strong relationships across the organization and act as a strategic thought partner to managers
  • Support change management and organizational initiatives as the company evolves and grows

Who You Are

  • 5–7+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, Employee Experience, Talent Development, or related People & Culture roles
  • Strong passion for employee experience and building people-centered programs
  • Experience partnering directly with leaders and employees in a consultative, coaching-oriented capacity
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence
  • Strong program management and organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience improving HR systems, workflows, or People technology platforms
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience in high-growth or startup environments is a plus

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
