Performance Marketing Specialist: Lagos

Lagos, Nigeria

Do you live inside campaign dashboards and feel uncomfortable when the numbers do not add up? Do you have a track record of turning paid media budgets into measurable revenue and not just leads, but actual paying customers? Are you the kind of person who spots a funnel anomaly before anyone else in the room and already has three hypotheses about what caused it? Do you understand the Nigerian digital landscape well enough to know that what works in a global playbook does not always work here, and do you know what does? Are you obsessed with cost per acquisition, conversion rates, and the relationship between creative decisions and commercial outcomes? Do you believe that great performance marketing is equal parts science and instinct, and do you have both? If so, this might just be the role for you.
