GTM Enablement Program Manager - Technical Teams

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced GTM Technical Enablement Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing enablement programs that primarily support our Solution Engineering and Professional Services teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our technical teams have the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to effectively support our customers and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development & Management:
    • Design, develop, and implement enablement programs in partnership with Leadership that align with the goals and priorities of the Solution Engineering and Professional Services teams.
    • Create and manage a comprehensive enablement curriculum, including onboarding, ongoing education, and certification programs.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training materials, documentation, and resources tailored to the needs of technical teams.
    • Working with leaders to understand knowledge/skills gaps, get alignment on priority and strategy, and sponsoring your programs back to leadership.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Amplitude’s product suite, including its architecture, features, and integrations.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in product analytics, data platforms, and related technologies.
    • Ensure that enablement programs provide a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape, including key competitors, their strengths and weaknesses, and how Amplitude differentiates itself.
    • Educate teams on the broader ecosystem of tools and technologies that interact with Amplitude, including data warehouses, business intelligence tools, and customer engagement platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure enablement programs are aligned with product updates, go-to-market strategies, and customer needs.
    • Partner with the Learning & Development team to ensure consistency and alignment across all enablement initiatives.
  • Metrics & Reporting:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs.
    • Provide regular reporting and insights on the impact of enablement initiatives to stakeholders.
    • Continuously assess and refine enablement programs based on feedback, performance metrics, and business needs.
  • Technology & Tools:
    • Manage and optimize the use of enablement tools and platforms to enhance learning and knowledge sharing.
    • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical enablement to continuously improve programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Education, Computer Science) or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical enablement, program management, or a related field, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of Solution Engineering and Professional Services functions within a technology company.
  • Deep technical acumen with a solid understanding of product analytics, data architecture, and the broader technology ecosystem.
  • Thorough knowledge of the product analytics space, including familiarity with Amplitude’s key competitors and complementary technologies.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering effective enablement programs that drive business results.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience with enablement platforms, LMS systems, and other related tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with digital analytics, data platforms, or similar technologies.
  • Familiarity with Amplitude or other similar products in the analytics space.
  • Certification in project management or learning and development is a plus.

Based on legislation in New York City, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in New York City. New York City salary range: $135,000 - $203,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)

Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in San Francisco Bay Area of California. Salary range: $135,000 - $203,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)

Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in California outside of the San Francisco Bay Area. California salary range: $121,000 - $182,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)

Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington state. Washington salary range: $121,000 - $182,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission)

Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for Amplitude in Washington only: unlimited PTO, 10 to 13 holidays annually (will vary), medical dental and vision PPO and CDHP plans. Finally, a company sponsored 401(k) retirement plan.
