As a Velocity Account Executive at Amplitude, you will play a key role in driving our growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities within the SMB and Corporate segments. This role involves full-cycle sales ownership—from prospecting to deal closure—while actively driving success in the competitive analytics space.

- Own the Sales Process: Take full responsibility for the entire sales cycle, from creating compelling pitches to drafting detailed proposals, closing deals, and collaborating with internal teams like deal desk, revenue operations, and sales management.
- Research & Targeting: Conduct research to identify potential clients, both net new accounts and existing ones. Focus on key decision-makers and target personas, generating interest in Amplitude’s solutions and driving engagement.
- Manage Client Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with customers, aiming for renewals and growth opportunities. Actively nurture existing clients to secure renewals and identify upsell possibilities.
You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:
- Customer Relationship Management: Lead renewal efforts, manage commercial conversations, and accurately forecast business within an assigned customer portfolio.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams like SDRs, Solutions Consultants, and Customer Success to meet client needs and drive success.
- Contract Handling: Draft order forms and collaborate with deal desk for expansions and renewals as needed.
At a minimum, you need to have:
- Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably within the tech or SaaS industries. Experience in selling analytics or software solutions is a strong advantage. Sales Development Representatives with 4+ consecutive quarters of meeting or exceeding quota are encouraged to apply.
- Regional focus: experience selling into the Middle East region (advantage if you have experience selling to Israel & Turkiye).
- Language requirements: English & Arabic, Turkish is an advantage but not mandatory.
