Build the future of product analytics with us.
We’re on a mission to bridge the gap between what users do and why they do it. Our Session Replay product sits at the heart of this mission, blending qualitative insight with quantitative clarity to help teams make smarter, faster decisions.
We’re looking for a sharp, product-minded Engineering Manager who’s ready to own this product and team. This isn’t a “keep the lights on” job. You’ll lead the charge on one of the company’s most strategic bets, from roadmap to architecture to hiring. If you want to ship fast, grow a killer team, and obsess over user impact, we should talk.
What You'll Do
- Own the Session Replay product, technical direction, execution, and team.
- Ship like it’s your name on the commit. Because it is.
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with PM and Design to turn raw customer pain into product breakthroughs.
- Scale systems that capture billions of user events, without melting down.
- Push the team (and yourself) to write clean, modern, scalable code, and know when to throw perfection out the window to move.
- Hire, grow, and retain A+ engineers. No passengers.
- Build a team culture where people love coming to work and get stuff done.
You Might Be a Great Fit If:
- You have 5+ years of engineering experience, including some part of that experience managing teams that ship fast and learn faster.
- Shipped complex, high-impact products in fast-moving environments.
- Strong opinions on architecture, code quality, and how to balance speed with scale.
- Mastery of a modern stack (JS/TS, Python, AWS - you get it).
- A sharp product sense. You ask “why?” more than “how?”
- Experience (or strong interest) in behavioral analytics, session replay, or devtools.
Bonus Points
- You’ve taken 0→1 or scaled a startup product.
- You’ve led a team during a “holy sh*t we’re growing fast” phase.
- You write code when it makes sense, and know when to get out of the way.
Why This Team, Why Now?
- Session Replay is one of the most technically ambitious and strategically critical bets at the company.
- We’ve already got traction. The groundwork is there—you get to take it to the next level.
- You’ll have executive backing, real autonomy, and a damn good team.
