Amplitude is seeking a results-driven Senior Manager of Growth Marketing, Web & Digital to lead our paid digital, SEO, and web initiatives. As the leader of a high-performing team of growth marketers, you’ll drive performance across paid acquisition, conversion optimization, and organic growth - all while crafting a high-impact digital experience that scales with our business.

This is a strategic, hands-on role with clear impact: you’ll directly shape how Amplitude attracts, converts, and engages buyers across industries. From building sophisticated media programs to owning our SEO strategy and evolving our website into a conversion engine, you’ll play a critical role in delivering against our growth goals.

The Right Candidate

You have a proven track record of leading paid media and digital teams, building scalable acquisition programs, and delivering measurable impact across the funnel. You’re deeply analytical and data-driven, always seeking opportunities to test, learn, and optimize. You understand how to work cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and bring creative and technical teams together to unlock growth. Most importantly, you're a strategic thinker with strong executional chops who’s excited about the evolving future of marketing in the age of AI.

As a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing – Web & Digital, You Will:

  • Lead and scale a global team of growth marketers across paid media, SEO, and web, driving strategy and execution to meet pipeline, revenue, and efficiency goals.

  • Partner with the VP of Growth Marketing to shape our acquisition strategy, prioritize bets, and unlock new channels and growth levers.

  • Own the web experience end-to-end, optimizing for conversion, performance, UX, and brand consistency across the funnel.

  • Build and manage a high-performing media mix across search, social, programmatic, and emerging platforms—with a focus on quality, scale, and efficiency.

  • Oversee CRO and experimentation programs, using A/B testing, UX improvements, and data insights to continually increase site and campaign performance.

  • Run a modern, multi-pronged SEO program that includes technical SEO, content-led growth, and scalable site architecture.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, product marketing, and brand teams to deliver impactful, integrated campaigns.

  • Champion AI- and LLM-powered innovation, testing new tools and tactics to stay ahead in an evolving digital landscape.

  • Define KPIs, build reporting frameworks, and manage agencies/vendors to ensure operational rigor and measurable outcomes.

  • Foster a high-performance, test-and-learn culture, backed by smart segmentation, data fluency, and continuous iteration.

You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:

  • 7+ years of experience in digital growth marketing with proven success in scaling paid, web, and SEO programs.

  • Deep channel expertise in paid search, paid social, display, and programmatic — with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes.

  • Experience with SEO tools and platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).

  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with large datasets and translating insights into action.

  • Clear perspective on the evolution of growth marketing in the AI era — and excitement to lead through that transformation.

  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and prioritize ruthlessly in a fast-moving environment.

  • High level of ownership, curiosity, and a bias toward action.
