- Partner closely with AP, Payroll, Tax, Procurement, and other cross-functional stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, improve accounting workflows, strengthen operational processes, and support scalable financial reporting practices
- Support global accounting operations by reconciling international VAT/GST accounts, assisting with corporate tax accruals and sales tax reconciliations, and managing intercompany cost allocations, billing, and settlement activities across multiple entities and currencies

- You’re comfortable managing multiple priorities during close while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and accountability
- You bring experience working with modern accounting and finance tools such as Ramp, Navan, ZIP, Avalara, or similar platforms
At a minimum, you need to have:
- 3–5 years of progressive GL accounting experience, ideally within a technology company and/or public accounting environment
- Strong working knowledge of NetSuite in a multi-entity and multi-currency environment
- Experience owning balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close responsibilities with minimal supervision
