Anaplan is on a mission to revolutionise business planning, and our Presales team is the engine of that ambition. We are looking for a visionary and strategic leader to take the helm of our high-performing Solution Consulting team in the UK & Ireland.

This isn't just a management role; it's a chance to be a pivotal member of the Northern Europe Go-To-Market and EMEA Presales leadership teams. You will be the architect of our regional success, empowering a team of up to 8 brilliant individuals to push boundaries, challenge the status quo, and drive customer success. Your Impact 

You won't just be managing a team; you'll be building a legacy. As a business partner to our sales leaders, you will:

  • Shape the Vision: Craft and execute a winning regional strategy for the Solution Consulting team, aligning your vision with our EMEA and global goals.

  • Drive Transformational Change: Act as a change agent, driving operational excellence and transforming the Northern Europe Solution Consulting team to new heights of performance and agility.

  • Master the Business: Take ownership of the regional Book of Business, ensuring tight account alignment and accountability across your team to maximise our impact.

  • Lead with Agility: Proactively partner with regional sales teams to strategically allocate Presales resources, pivot engagement strategies, and drive a winning momentum.

  • Build a World-Class Team: Be a magnet for top talent. You will hire, mentor, and develop a team of high-readiness professionals, defining clear career paths to foster retention and growth.

  • Forge Key Relationships: Make a direct impact on our UKI business by building unshakeable trust and credibility with key stakeholders at our most strategic customers and partners.

Your Qualifications 

You are a leader who can both strategise from 30,000 feet and execute flawlessly on the ground. You bring:

  • Deep Domain Expertise: Hands-on knowledge of SaaS applications, with specific experience in EPM/CPM-based technologies.

  • Proven Presales Leadership: Demonstrable experience managing and inspiring a team of individual Presales contributors while navigating a complex, multi-stakeholder sales environment.

  • Regional Experience: A track record of successfully managing a team across the UK & Ireland.

  • A Change-Maker's Mindset: You have led teams through transformation and are comfortable driving and managing change.

  • A Player-Coach Mentality: The ability to both lead and execute, rolling up your sleeves to help your team win.
