We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Social Media Manager to co-own the execution of our social media strategy. This role is pivotal in growing our brand presence, attracting and helping to retain top-talent, and engaging our community across our priority social channels. As a key member of the corporate communications team, this role will specifically drive our employer brand social strategy, bridging our external brand presence with our internal communications work. The ideal candidate will be a creative storyteller, a strategic thinker, data and results drive, and a collaborative partner who can bring our brand to life in the social sphere.
Your Impact
- Employer Brand & Social Media Strategy Execution: Drive our employer brand social strategy and support our broader social media strategy across all priority channels – including LinkedIn, YouTube, and Glassdoor. Continuously review and provide expert recommendations to ensure strategy remains aligned to business objectives.
- Content Calendar Management: Manage and execute a comprehensive social media editorial calendar. This includes proactively mapping, writing, scheduling, and measuring copy and content.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner effectively with key stakeholders across our entire employee population and especially our People and Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated social media presence with high-quality content that supports broader company initiatives.
- External Agency & Asset Management: Partner with and manage external creative agencies, designers, and vendors to guide the development of high-impact social media assets (including graphics, videos, and dynamic content templates), ensuring all deliverables align with brand guidelines, budgets, and timelines.
- Employee & Employer Brand Advocacy: Orchestrate and grow our employer brand advocacy program, creating social toolkits and materials that empower our team members to amplify their voices to help us recruit and retain top-talent.
- Performance & Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across all social channels. Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize for reach, engagement, and growth. Ensure all social content reflects the company’s branding, positioning, and messaging.
- Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster a positive online community and address feedback.
Your Qualifications
- 5+ years working in digital/social marketing with experience managing social channels, preferably within a high-tech environment.
- Experience in corporate communications with an understanding of internal communications practices is important. Candidates with direct experience in developing and executing employer brand strategies will be considered especially qualified.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing AI-powered tools for social media content development, management, and performance analysis (e.g., AI-driven copywriting, content optimization, automated scheduling, social listening, and sentiment analysis).
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for crafting compelling narratives.
- Demonstrated ability to develop a strategic social media content calendar and execute with high accountability for production quality control.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Okto, Adobe Analytics) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- A passion for social media, a creative mindset, and a desire to stay ahead of the latest trends and best practices.
Base Salary Range:
$91,000 - $130,000 USD
