We’re looking for an Insight Analyst to drive the understanding and engagement with Antenna data by delivering best-in-class insights. This role is best suited for those interested in a career where strategic, data-driven insights fuel business decisions. At Antenna, Insight Analysts partner closely with the Client Services, Sales, and Marketing teams to transform data into relevant, actionable insights. You will have the opportunity to interface directly with customers, and you will collaborate frequently with the Antenna product team about new data capabilities. Being able to effectively and independently manage multiple projects and keep a strategic focus on market trends will be critical. As an Insight Analyst, you will report into the Manager, Insight Analytics. Antenna is remote-first and welcomes applicants from anywhere in the United States.

What You’ll Do 

  • Extract and analyze Antenna data to tell compelling stories about the subscription economy. Introduce novel analyses by leveraging creative, strategic data analysis methods
  • Support Client Service objectives by owning the production of Antenna’s monthly syndicated reports, ensuring to highlight the key trends in subscriber metrics. And, own ad-hoc requests for custom insights
  • Support Sales and Marketing via key tentpole analyst reports, like our quarterly State of Subscriptions, and through rapid response requests
  • Leverage Looker dashboards to extract and analyze data. Collaborate with Product to extract custom cohorts of Antenna data
  • Successfully manage multiple project timelines, while collaborating effectively with multiple cross-functional stakeholders
  • Be a thought leader by staying on top of subscription trends, relevant events, emerging platforms, etc. 

Who You Are

  • 2-3 years of experience in using data analytics to drive business decisions and strategies; strong analytical acumen and critical thinking skills
  • Advanced experience with Excel and Powerpoint. Some experience with SQL is preferred
  • Strong experience in data visualization, especially with business intelligence tools, like Looker
  • Has great attention to detail, and successfully organizes large amounts of data
  • Able to present insights in a clear and compelling way via custom visualizations and dashboards
  • Strong communicator with the ability to transform data into narratives that are easy to understand for different audiences and various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
  • Self-starter with the capacity to deliver on multiple initiatives, prioritize time and resources, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Bonus: Passionate about the Subscription Economy – streaming and the rest – and have a deep understanding of key players in the digital subscription market

Compensation:

The expected compensation for this role is an annual salary range of $60,000 - $80,000. The final compensation will be determined after evaluating a candidate’s experience, skills, etc.
