Ready to make an impact? We're seeking a Partner Manager (f/m/d) to join our dynamic team. You'll drive the collaboration with our implementation partners and resellers as one of the core pillars of Apaleo’s ecosystem vision. You will identify and recruit the right partners, work closely with our business development, sales and onboarding teams to enable our implementation partners to deliver the same or even better experiences switching to Apaleo for our new customers.

What You’ll Bring with You

  • At least 3 years of experience in a partnership or other customer facing role, preferably at a midsized B2B SaaS company or similar technical product organization
  • A solid business understanding and the ability to put yourself in our partner’s shoes to identify joint goals and develop mutual business plans
  • A preference for long-term results over short-term wins
  • A natural organizational talent who can unite Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional results. Well-organized and focused on outcomes
  • Exceptional ability to engage with stakeholders, internal and external partners
  • Passion for continuously improve and advance the way of collaborating with partners and colleagues, creating innovative solutions, backed by strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
  • Enthusiasm for building a hospitality platform that can serve any hotel or housing facility on Earth—and beyond!
  • You are based in Munich or open to relocating, with the ability to work onsite 2–3 days per week

How You Make An Impact

  • Take the foundation of existing implementation partners, turn the anecdotal successes into scalable, repeatable processes resulting into a structured partner program supporting the company goals
  • Ensure that the goals of Apaleo and it’s partners are aligned and both sides benefit from the partnership
  • Coordinate with stakeholders (leadership, sales, customer success, onboarding, app success, marketing, community, product) to understand priorities and align with partners accordingly
  • Develop existing partnerships further and recruit new partners according to the needs and priorities identified
  • Build and develop relationships with key partners, manage the partner lifecycle, and be bold enough to end partnerships which do not perform despite your best efforts
  • Take learnings from the collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and apply them to the processes to continuously improve the partner program
