We are looking for a talented Contract Engineering Recruiter with strong sourcing skills for an 8 week project starting on September 29. You will work closely with hiring managers to build pipelines, manage full-cycle hiring, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires:

Managing recruitment for technical roles across Apera AI
Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
Screening and guiding candidates through selection, assessment, interview, and offer stages
Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft postings

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of engineering recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
Experience sourcing engineering roles (Field Application Engineering, Robotics, or Engineering)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, preferably) and LinkedIn
Able to interview on Thursday through Sunday, September 25-28
Able to start on Monday, September 29

Desirable Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge of the Michigan tech talent market
Experience recruiting for tech roles related to Robotics or AI
Creative approaches to enhance candidate experience.
