
Marketing Demand Generation & Campaign Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Demand Generation & Campaign Manager to execute marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and support sales pipeline growth. This role is responsible for operating the marketing engine, building campaigns in HubSpot, managing marketing automation, and ensuring leads are efficiently passed to the SDR team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and experienced in B2B demand generation and marketing automation.
This role will involve periodic travel to the United States to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and support key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
- Build and manage marketing campaigns including:
- Webinars
- Email campaigns
- Landing pages
- Digital content campaigns
- Coordinate campaign launches across multiple channels
HubSpot Campaign Management
- Use HubSpot to manage:
- Marketing emails
- Workflows
- Lead segmentation
- Campaign reporting
- Maintain campaign tracking and performance dashboards
Lead Management
- Manage lead lifecycle from initial engagement to SDR qualification
- Coordinate lead handoff between marketing and SDR teams
- Maintain segmentation lists and target account databases
Account-Based Marketing
- Support targeted campaigns toward strategic companies and industries
- Work with marketing leadership to develop ABM initiatives
Marketing Analytics
- Track campaign performance and conversion rates
- Analyze marketing funnel metrics
- Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness
Qualifications
- 3–6 years experience in demand generation or marketing automation
- Strong experience with HubSpot
- Experience running B2B marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience working with sales teams and lead qualification processes

Competitive & Transparent Compensation
We offer a competitive and transparent compensation package aligned with market benchmarks. For this role, the expected salary range is MXN 600,000 – 710,000 annually.
The final compensation package will be determined based on a range of factors, including your experience, skills, and the value you bring to the role and the organization.
