Job Summary 

We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior React Developer to lead the development of scalable, modular, and high-performance frontend applications using micro frontend architecture. You’ll play a key role in designing and implementing reusable components, managing complex state with Redux and RTK Query, and integrating APIs using Axios. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about modern frontend engineering.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Architect and implement micro frontend solutions that enable independent deployment and scalability
  • Develop and maintain React-based applications with a focus on performance, modularity, and maintainability
  • Design and manage global and local state using Redux Toolkit and RTK Query
  • Integrate RESTful APIs using Axios, ensuring robust error handling and efficient data fetching
  • Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews, best practices, and technical documentation
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting new tools, libraries, and frameworks

Requirements 

  • 5+ years of professional experience in React.js development
  • Deep understanding of micro frontend architecture (e.g., Module Federation, single-spa, Webpack 5)
  • Strong expertise in Redux Toolkit (RTK) and RTK Query for state and data management
  • Proficient in Axios for API integration and asynchronous operations
  • Solid grasp of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling
  • Experience with Webpack configuration and optimization for performance and modular builds
  • Experience with component libraries (e.g., Material UI, Chakra UI) and design systems
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and frontend performance optimization
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and Next.js
  • Knowledge of GraphQL and alternative data-fetching strategies
  • Exposure to containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs
