Work Location/Travel: Bangalore/Remote

Job Summary:

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts, ensuring thorough coverage of requirements and business processes.
• Oversee the execution of tests, manage test environments, and ensure adherence to test procedures.
• Manage defect reporting, tracking, and resolution, working with development teams to fix identified issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure alignment and successful testing.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate test status and findings, and address any issues or concerns.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams, delegate tasks effectively, and motivate team members.

Competency:

(Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud products, Oracle Field Services, and architecture.
• Conduct integration testing between B2B, OFS, CPQ and upstream/downstream systems like CRM and ERP
• Automation - Selenium (Java)/Playwright, Postman, SoapUI, TOSCA - test case analysis, execution, and reporting

 Position Type and expected hours of work: Full Time/Permanent and 40 hours per week
