Job Title: Senior Consultant – AI Tools & Platforms

Work Location/Travel: Bangalore/Remote

 Job Summary:

Apex IT is seeking a Sr. Lead Developer to serve as the technical lead for AI-powered tools, platforms, and Apex-owned IP. This role partners closely with the AI Product Manager to design, build, and scale production-grade AI solutions used by delivery teams and customers

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture and technical direction for AI tools, platforms, and accelerators
• Translate product vision into scalable, secure technical designs
• Guide development of AI-enabled workflows, agents, and automation
• Mentor and lead multiple Staff Developers
• Own code quality, reviews, and engineering standards
• Partner with product management on sequencing and tradeoffs

Competency (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• 3+ years in a senior or technical lead role
• Experience building enterprise-grade tools or platforms
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled systems and LLM-based tooling
• Experience with AI coding platforms (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex)
• Familiarity with MCP or agent orchestration patterns
• Experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio and/or Salesforce Agent force is a plus

Position Type and expected work hours: Full-time/Permanent and 40 hours per week.
