We are seeking a passionate, patient-focused Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner to deliver exceptional cosmetic and skincare experiences in a collaborative, fast-growing environment. At Apex, we are committed to providing outstanding patient care, prompt access to services, and continued education within the communities we serve.

As an Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner, you will perform advanced aesthetic treatments while building lasting patient relationships and helping patients feel confident in their skin.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including:
    • Cosmetic injectables
    • Chemical peels
    • Microneedling
    • CoolSculpting
    • Additional skincare services
  • Conduct patient consultations and recommend customized treatment plans
  • Educate patients on treatment options, skincare regimens, and pre/post-care instructions
  • Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation
  • Support cosmetic events, trainings, and patient education initiatives
  • Promote a professional, welcoming, and patient-centered environment
  • Maintain treatment room cleanliness and inventory standards
  • Ensure patient safety and compliance with HIPAA and company policies

Schedule

  • Two days per week 
  • Two Saturday's per month (morning hours only)
  • Flexible scheduling based on clinic and patient needs

Qualifications

  • Unrestricted and Active Ohio License
  • Completion of ANCC or AANP certification required
  • 1–2 years of cosmetic injectable experience required
  • Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skincare products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong organizational and clinical judgment skills
  • Proven sales and patient relationship-building experience
  • Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
  • Commitment to continuing education and staying current on aesthetic trends

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  • Prolonged periods of sitting with periodic standing and walking
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers for documentation, computer entry, and clinical procedures
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 30 pounds
  • Visual acuity sufficient to review medical records, lab data, and electronic systems
  • Work is performed in a clinical research environment with direct patient interaction
  • Exposure to biological specimens, laboratory equipment, and clinical testing materials
  • Requires strict adherence to IRB, GCP, HIPAA, OSHA, and Apex safety standards
  • May require multitasking in a deadline-driven research setting
