    • Meet order fulfillment deadlines, ensuring that devices are picked, packed, and shipped in a timely and accurate manner, with WMS tracking every step.
  •  Device Refurbishment & Quality Control
    • Use the WMS to track devices through the refurbishment process, logging repairs, cleaning, system updates, and testing performed;
    • Perform detailed inspections of returned or unused devices and update the WMS to reflect the refurbishment status and outcomes;
    • Ensure devices are securely wiped of all data in compliance with security protocols and document the process in the WMS;
    • Report any significant issues with devices in the WMS, collaborating with management for possible repairs or scrapping, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Inventory Management
    • Track inventory levels in real-time using the proprietary WMS, performing regular stock checks and adjusting inventory as necessary;
    • Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts, ensuring accurate logs within the WMS and minimizing discrepancies;
    • Monitor device movements within the warehouse, from inbound receipt through refurbishment and shipping, ensuring the WMS is updated at every stage;
    • Generate reports from WMS to review stock levels, device status, and any discrepancies, helping to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
  • Shipping & Logistics Support
    • Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule and process shipments for outgoing orders using WMS to create shipping manifests, labels, and documentation;
    • Ensure proper packing, labeling, and tracking of all outgoing shipments, utilizing WMS to update and track the shipping status;
    • Ensure that shipping data, including order numbers, shipment tracking, and customer details, are correctly entered into the WMS for accurate delivery tracking.
