About You: 

We’re looking for a highly collaborative and detail-oriented Associate Marketing Program Manager to support, and help scale our annual provider sponsorship program.  This cross-functional role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, and Provider Management, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on execution, process optimization, and growing strategic program skills.

In this role, you’ll participate in program creation, execute and manage day-to-day sponsorship deliverables, and ensure all commitments are tracked and fulfilled. You’ll work collaboratively to keep timelines on schedule, maintain high standards of delivery, and provide clear, timely updates to necessary stakeholders.

What you'll do and how you'll have an impact:

  • Planning & Program Execution:  Assist with the planning, coordination, and delivery of Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 sponsorship packages to support marketing and revenue goals.  Execute provider marketing programs across web, email, content, events, and other channels, managing timelines and processes to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.  Maintain sponsorship tracking for commitments, sales and collections to ensure program accountability. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Engagement:  Serve as day-to-day point of contact between Marketing, Provider Management, Sales and external provider partners - helping drive alignment, clarity, and consistent progress.  Coordinate cadence calls and enable cross-functional collaboration to support program success.
  • Reporting, Insights & Communications: Assist in building and maintaining reporting frameworks that track program ROI, and delivery performance for program management and provider stakeholders.  Translate metrics into concise, actionable insights for management and leadership preparation.  Share learnings and repeatable best practices across the team to improve consistency and execution.
  • Campaign Execution:  Partner with internal teams to launch integrated, multi-channel campaigns that reflect program priorities and business goals. 
  • Performance Optimization & Testing:  Help track key metrics and team KPIs to uncover insights and refining strategies for great impact and stronger results.
  • Marketing Strategy & Growth Initiatives:  Support upsell and cross-sell efforts by maintaining collateral, tracking outreach and documenting provider interest. Contribute to process improvement/implementation, and templates that increase team efficiency.

What you’ll need/Assets:

  • 2+ years of experience in executing and measuring marketing programs, with demonstrated ability to analyze results and drive optimizations
  • 2+ years in project coordination, program operations, or project management with the ability to manage changing schedules and multiple tasks at once
  • BS/BA degree in business, marketing or a related field preferred
  • Great communicator with proven ability to collaborate across teams, influence stakeholders and adapt priorities based on feedback and business needs
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail with proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proactive, answer-first mindset: takes ownership, anticipates issues and follows through to resolution
  • Familiarity with monday.com or other work-management platform preferred
