  • Sponsorship Selling: Support the annual sponsorship sales cycle by preparing materials, presenting program structure and value to prospective and returning providers, and coordinating outreach.  Drive revenue through upsell and cross-sell efforts by tracking outreach and provider interest, and sharing actionable learnings and best practices across the team to improve consistency and conversion.
  • Project ManagementOversee multiple concurrent providers with varied deliverables:  prioritize tasks, coordinate cross-functional owners, and mitigate risks to meet deadlines.  Maintain MDF or coop tracking (commitments, sales, collections) in project/CRM tools to ensure financial and delivery accountability.
  • ROI Articulation:  Leverage marketing and engagement data from tools like DOMO and HubSpot to quantify performance, translate metrics into clear ROI narratives, and deliver actionable recommendations that help providers optimize their investment.
  • Performance Optimization:  Monitor key metrics and team KPIs, and translate insights into tactical changes that improve campaign performance, impact and sponsor ROI.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in end-to-end partner marketing or campaign planning through execution of Provider/Partner/Sponsor marketing programs including:
    • Being the primary point of contact for providers/partners.
    • Defining scope, developing detailed timelines, establishing clear deliverables, and driving optimizations based on analytical results.
    • Project coordination, program operations, and/or project management with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and complex, varying deliverables simultaneously.
    • Basic understanding of what constitutes a well-rounded marketing partnership and the strategy required to execute a partner marketing sponsorship.
    • Preferred experience in a B2B environment, ideally within the MSP, IT, Marketplace, SaaS or Telecom channel.
  • Direct experience managing co‑op or equivalent partner-funded co‑op programs is highly preferred. Including MDF, budgeting, claims/claim submission, reconciliation, compliance, and working with partner portals and account/channel teams.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
