About the Team

The Brand Marketing team is a centralized creative team responsible for maintaining and scaling AppDirect’s brand across our company and portfolio of businesses. We support website properties, marketing campaigns, sales enablement, events, and digital experiences across multiple business units. As AppDirect continues to grow through acquisition, our team plays a key role in ensuring newly acquired companies are supported with high-quality creative that is consistent, supports our different business units, and is aligned with our brand systems. We believe great creative is a team sport. We foster collaboration, shared ownership, and direct but respectful feedback. 

About You

AppDirect is looking for a talented and reliable Junior Brand Designer to support the day-to-day design needs of two business units within the AppDirect brand. You will infuse your creative spirit into our growing in-house team, under the direction of senior design leadership, on a wide range of design assignments. This position covers the gamut: concept through production supporting marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, events, sales enablement, and web design. Assignments can be complex, requiring initiative, attention to detail and a great imagination - all while balancing schedules and the tactical day to day assignments. You are humble, curious and a team player who care as much about strengthening the team about producing great work and driving business growth. You are self-motivated, proactive and able to run with ideas to move projects forward. You have a positive mindset that's open to feedback and flexible with shifting requirements.

The position offers a hybrid schedule: you will work once a week onsite and four days on remote. Compensation package includes 15 paid working days (PTO) plus local holidays, comprehensive medical coverage (OSDE 310) for you and your dependents, reimbursement for elegible wellness activities, English lessons, global and local events participation, within other benefits.

What you'll do and how you’ll have an impact

  • Design and update sales presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and customer-facing materials

  • Create marketing assets including email graphics, social media assets, digital ads, and campaign visuals

  • Design landing pages and web page layouts using established design systems

  • Create and export web-ready assets for implementation. Update existing web pages and graphics as needed

  • Apply brand guidelines consistently across all materials

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and high visual quality

  • Prepare production-ready files and export assets for web, presentation, and print use

  • Act as a dedicated design resource supporting assigned business units

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and brand team stakeholders

 

What we’re looking for

  • ​​Bachelor’s degree in a creative field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years design experience in an in-house team or agency

  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design aesthetic, range of projects, and unique viewpoint towards design thinking

  • A strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, iconography and digital image preparation) and production processes 

  • Work well within a highly collaborative creative team that often includes multiple project stakeholders (marketing, operations, sales, culture, leadership, etc.)

  • Great English verbal and written communication skills; you are refining your ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently and pitch designs to all levels of the organization

  • Extreme attention to detail and a no-compromise attitude towards quality

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment, including clear written communication, strong file organization, and comfort collaborating asynchronously across time zones

  • Proficient with the leading industry software - especially Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and comfortable designing presentation slides - especially in Google Slides

  • Experience in AI creative production for aiding in prototyping, image creation or editing, animation, video production, design systems, etc.
