- Partner closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver features and improvements.
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize work, define success metrics, and measure impact.
- Balance short-term customer and business needs with long-term platform scalability and health.
- Clearly communicate plans, progress, and decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders, producing concise, actionable product artifacts.

- Experience working with hyperscalers and cloud ecosystems.
- Experience working with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and ensure solutions solve real problems.
- Demonstrated ability to partner closely with engineering and design to turn ambiguous problems into clear requirements and shipped solutions.
- Strong product judgment, with the ability to make prioritization trade-offs using customer insights, business context, and data.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain product decisions, trade-offs, and progress to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and driving execution in a fast-moving environment.
- Have experience working with hyperscalers or cloud ecosystems.
- Experience working with or building products on Salesforce (Nice to have).
