About AppDirect

Become a digital, global citizen and enable the new generation of digital entrepreneurs around the world.  AppDirect offers a subscription commerce platform to sell any product, through any channel, on any device - as a service.  We power millions of subscriptions worldwide for organizations.  We do this by our values-driven culture—one that enables you to Be Seen, Be Yourself, and Do Your Best Work.

About You

AppDirect sits at the center of that shift, the infrastructure connecting technology sellers to the partners and marketplaces where buyers actually transact. This role drives the product strategy that, in collaboration with engineering, go-to-market, and other cross-functional partners, turns that position into growth: more products distributed, more sellers succeeding on the platform, more GMV/NMV flowing through it. The mandate is to find the highest-leverage bets in distribution (catalog reach, discoverability, partner and co-sell motions, packaging and incentives) and ship them, with a team you lead and outcomes you own.

You’re a product leader who’s energized by the mechanics of technology distribution: how products get found, chosen, and bought at scale. You’ve built and scaled products in marketplace, cloud, commerce, or platform environments, and you know how to turn partner ecosystems into measurable revenue.

You're commercially sharp and credible in a room with senior stakeholders at companies like Amazon or Microsoft, but you're also close enough to the details to make hard product calls yourself. You lead through clarity and outcomes, and you use AI as a working system to move faster, sharpen judgment, and build a real point of view on how AI is reshaping software distribution and buying behavior.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Have an Impact

  • Run the product strategy. Set the product vision and roadmap for AppDirect’s partner integration and Tackle offerings to help sellers with go-to-market across a broad ecosystem, and lead a team of PMs against a clear mandate: grow NMV and GMV across the platform.
  • Find and pull the growth levers. Identify what actually drives adoption, conversion, and sales of distributed products, then ship the work that moves those metrics. Strengthen the pathways AppDirect can provide sellers to reach market: catalog reach, discoverability, partner channels, co-sell motions.
  • Build with the biggest players in the industry. Partner directly with large cloud providers and strategic technology partners, translating their priorities and AppDirect's opportunity into product bets that create mutual growth.
  • Align the company around distribution and partner selling opportunities. Work across multiple teams such as Engineering, Design, Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to keep the org rowing toward the priorities that compound distribution advantage.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years in product management, with meaningful time in B2B platforms, marketplaces, cloud, commerce, or distribution
  • 3+ years leading and developing product managers
  • A track record of owning products or portfolios that drove material revenue, GMV/NMV, or marketplace growth
  • Strong commercial judgment across distribution economics: packaging, incentives, partner motions, growth loops
  • The range to operate at strategy level and execution level, with the communication and influence to move executives, partners, and cross-functional teams
  • Proven experience with cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP, Salesforce), SaaS/ISV distribution, or multi-party commerce
  • AI-pilled approach and perspective on how AI changes technology sales and distribution
  • A bias for experimentation, measurable impact, and action over polish

Preferred qualifications

  • Depth in marketplace systems: catalog, discovery, conversion, billing, entitlements, and/or co-sell
  • Experience applying AI to product discovery, seller tooling, personalization, forecasting, or marketplace optimization

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
