About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning & Development Intern to support the team with critical administrative and coordination tasks for 3 months. This role will be vital in ensuring continuity and a smooth learner experience across our ongoing learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide logistical and administrative support for internal training sessions and programs
- Coordinate scheduling, calendar invites, and session reminders
- Maintain training records and attendance tracking via our Learning Management System
- Assist with uploading and formatting training and e-learning materials
- Support internal communication (e.g., drafting reminder emails, preparing slide decks)
- Provide general support to the L&D team as needed during the coverage period
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail
- Good communication skills (written and verbal, English and Chinese)
- Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint
- Interest in HR, learning, or organizational development is a bonus

We are looking for a candidate who can commit 3 months internship and at least 24 hour per week(ideally Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).
