About the role

We’re hiring Product Builders to shape the future of marketing for agents — where AI agents are no longer tools, but active participants in how products are built, decisions are made, and value is delivered.
AI agents are fundamentally reshaping:
- how products are built (AI-native, faster, more iterative)
- how marketing flows work (agent-driven discovery, decisioning, and execution)
- how brands and customers communicate (from campaigns → conversations → autonomous interactions)
This shift unlocks a new wave of opportunities — to redesign workflows, reimagine user experiences, and build entirely new product categories.
This is not a traditional PM / designer / engineer / GTM role.
You’ll operate as a builder at the frontier, using vibe coding, AI tools, and rapid prototyping to explore and ship products in this emerging space. You won’t just define what to build — you’ll build, test, and evolve it.
What you’ll do
Build, not just define
- Design and ship products — where agents discover, decide, and act on behalf of users.
- Ship fast, learn fast — iterate based on simulation or real usage.
Own problems end-to-end
- Identify meaningful problems worth solving (clear “why this matters”).
- Drive from discovery → prototype → launch → iteration → scale.
Operate with high agency
- Don’t wait for perfect clarity — create momentum, test hypotheses, and move forward.
- Take ownership of outcomes, not just outputs.
Redesign how brands and customers interact
- Explore new interaction models: agent-to-agent, human-in-the-loop, and autonomous workflows.
- Reimagine marketing workflows as agent-driven systems, not static funnels.
Focus on what truly matters
- Identify the core 1–3 things that make the product valuable, and execute them exceptionally well.
- Avoid overbuilding — prioritize signal over noise.
Collaborate to ship impact
- Work closely with engineering, design, data, and GTM as co-creators.
- Continuously refine based on real-world feedback and data.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for experienced, high-agency product builders who thrive in new, undefined spaces.
Core traits
- Builder mindset: you ship, iterate, and learn quickly.
- High agency: you don’t wait — you create momentum.
- Strong product taste: you know what good looks like and push toward it.
Experience
- 3–8+ years in product, engineering, startup, or builder roles.
- Experience shipping products end-to-end (0→1 or 1→n) with multiple showcases, with learning and problems to share.
- Exposure to AI-native products, LLMs, or automation is required.
Skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
- Hands-on with prototyping (no-code, low-code, or code).
- Strong prioritization and product judgment.
Mindset
- You believe the future is being built now — and you want to build it.
- You learn by doing, not waiting.
- You care about real customer impact.
Bonus points
- Experience with AI agents, agent workflows, or automation systems
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, or customer engagement platforms
- Experience with building AI products
- Background in startups or 0→1 product environments
- Technical background (engineering, data, etc.)
