ESTIMATED PAY RANGE

Engineer I: $74,000 - $86,000

Engineer II: $82,000 - $94,000

Engineer III: $90,000 - $103,000

Senior Engineer: $97,000 - $112,000

Final compensation is based on experience, skills, and alignment with role expectations.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Logistics Engineer in Fargo, ND, you will:

  • Support warehouse setup and process readiness activities for the SAP implementation
  • Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of the facilities move
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to document processes, gather requirements, and ensure operational continuity
  • Participate in workflow mapping, material flow improvements, and layout planning
  • Perform hands‑on tasks in the warehouse and facility as needed to support project goals
  • Communicate effectively with project teams, leadership, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress
  • Work collaboratively with suppliers and Applied partners
  • Contribute to projects that impact communities in West Fargo, Harwood, Horace, and Moorhead, and the greater Fargo metro area
  • Apply your skills in a dynamic environment that values ownership and innovation

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Ability to work onsite in Fargo, ND
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Self‑starter with a willingness to take initiative and engage in hands‑on work
  • Previous experience with SAP or other ERP systems Exposure to warehouse operations, manufacturing environments, or facilities projects
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, learn new systems, and manage multiple priorities
