Are you ready to take on exciting challenges in a collaborative environment? At Appnovation, we’re seeking a passionate and skilled AEM Developer to join our dynamic and diverse team. You’ll be able to innovate and create impactful web and mobile applications while providing strategic consulting to our client. We’re looking for individuals who are solution-oriented, motivated, and eager to contribute to a team where every voice is valued.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and customizing AEM templates, components, workflows, and integrations.

• Applying AEM architecture and best practices, including content modeling, sling models, OSGi bundles, and deployment models.

• Extending and enhancing AEM functionalities using APIs, OSGi services, and extension points.

• Managing schemas, metadata, and ACLs for permissions.

• Implementing front-end interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Building and maintaining AEM applications in Java-based frameworks.

• Integrating AEM with external systems such as CRMs, marketing automation tools, and third-party APIs.

• Supporting version control, repository management, branching/merging, and deployment pipelines.

• Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing AEM applications for performance and scalability.

What we are looking for

Must-have skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager development.

• Proficiency in AEM templates, components, workflows, and APIs.

• Strong Java programming skills and experience with AEM Java frameworks.

• Front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience integrating AEM with external platforms and APIs.

• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

• Proven problem-solving and debugging abilities in AEM environments.

• Experience working in Agile development environments with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-have skills

• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations.

• Familiarity with cloud-based AEM deployment models (e.g., AEM as a Cloud Service).

• Understanding of performance tuning and security best practices in AEM.
