We are looking for a Senior UI & Motion Designer who understands that the best digital products are a perfect harmony of brand story, functional UI, and purposeful motion.

In this role, you will be the bridge between a client’s vision and their digital future. You’ll work within cross-functional pods—alongside Strategists, UXers, and Engineers—to take traditional brand collateral and transform it into high-performing, motion-rich digital ecosystems. You aren't just styling screens; you are defining how a brand scales across digital ecosystems.

Core Responsibilities

• Agency-Level Brand Translation: Partner with clients to ingest "traditional" brand books and collateral, reimagining those assets into modern, digital-first design systems for web and mobile.
• Motion as a Language: Use After Effects to move beyond simple transitions. You’ll create purposeful Lottie animations for micro-interactions and produce high-impact video content that brings digital products to life.
• Design System Architecture: Build and scale robust design systems within Figma. You will ensure brand consistency is baked into every component, making the handoff to our global engineering teams seamless and intuitive.
• Client Collaboration & Pitching: Confidently present your design rationale to stakeholders, demonstrating how motion and visual UI choices align with their broader business goals and brand identity.
• Product Excellence: Work within an agile environment to iterate quickly, ensuring that every asset—from a hero video to a toggle switch—is polished and performance-optimized.

Technical Requirements & Skills

• Platform Expertise: Expert-level mastery of Figma (specifically for complex design systems and collaborative workflows).
• The Motion Toolkit: Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects. You must be skilled in creating production-ready Lottie (JSON) exports and short-form video for digital products.
• From Print to Pixel: A proven ability to translate "offline" brand elements (typography, textures, grids) into responsive, accessible, and interactive digital interfaces.
• Technical Logic: A strong understanding of front-end constraints. You know how to design for the "edge cases" and how to optimize animations so they don't compromise app performance.
• Agency Experience: Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and adapting your design style to suit various industries, from healthcare to luxury retail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in UI/Product Design, preferably within an agency or high-growth product studio.
• A portfolio that highlights sophisticated UI work and demonstrable motion design (specifically Lottie/web-based animation).
• Deep experience in the "Digital Transformation" space—taking legacy brands and making them relevant in a mobile-first world.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.
