About The Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Ecosystem Marketing Manager for Greater China to accelerate Aptos Labs’ ecosystem growth in the region. This role will be instrumental in building an Aptos editorial newsroom that highlights ecosystem happenings, industry trends, and Aptos-driven innovations. In this critical position, you will create and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies, develop compelling crypto-specific content and copywriting, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders—including key opinion leaders (KOLs), community leaders, and channel partners.
You will be directly responsible for:
Ecosystem GTM Strategy
- Develop and implement tailored go-to-market strategies to drive ecosystem growth and adoption across Greater China.
- Align with Aptos leadership and cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
Campaign Execution & Content Creation
- Lead the planning and execution of high-impact campaigns and initiatives.
- Develop and distribute crypto-specific content and marketing copy that enhances Aptos’ ecosystem presence, reinforcing thought leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create editorial content for an Aptos newsroom that covers ecosystem happenings and industry insights.
Partnership & Community Engagement
- Build, nurture, and leverage strong relationships with ecosystem partners, KOLs, and community groups in Greater China.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for collaboration with other Web3 enterprises and ecosystems.
Channel Development
- Identify, develop, and optimize new channels for ecosystem expansion.
- Manage channel partnerships to ensure scalable and sustainable growth.
Market Insights & Performance Analysis
- Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategy.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of GTM initiatives, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the Web3 space, with a strong background in content and copywriting for crypto marketing.
- Deep, established relationships within Greater China, including extensive networks with KOLs, community leaders, and industry influencers.
- Experience in ecosystem development, marketing, and running high-impact campaigns.
- Proven ability to craft and distribute crypto-native content that resonates with ecosystem participants.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-faceted projects in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
- Willingness to travel within Greater China as required.
