Warehouse Logistics Specialist

Location: West Valley City, UT
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 / hour

We’re looking for a diligent, organized, and proactive Warehouse Logistics Specialist to help keep our operations running smoothly. If you enjoy coordinating, problem-solving, and being part of a team that values reliability and service, this could be a great opportunity for you.


📦 What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and manage inbound shipments (receiving, inspection, documentation)

  • Schedule and oversee outbound deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  • Maintain inventory control: track stock levels, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies

  • Organize warehouse layout and storage to optimize workflow

  • Collaborate with service technicians and installers to fulfill parts and supply needs

  • Prepare and package orders, label parts, and stage equipment for dispatch

  • Monitor and manage logistics costs, shipping carriers, and freight operations

  • Use software systems and spreadsheets (ServiceTitan, Excel/Google Sheets, Label LIVE) to manage logistics data

  • Communicate with internal teams (sales, operations, installation crews) and external vendors

  • Participate in process improvement and team initiatives to increase efficiency


✅ What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory, or supply chain roles

  • Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets, ERP, inventory systems, ServiceTitan)

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy

  • Ability to lift and move materials (physical work when needed)

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Self-motivated, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Bonus: experience with freight carriers, route planning, or logistics software

📋 Reporting & Work Environment

  • This role reports to the Operations Manager / Warehouse Manager

  • Full-time, hourly position (non-exempt)

  • Work takes place in a warehouse / distribution environment with occasional exposure to varying temps, noise, and physical activity

  • Regular collaboration with field teams and office staff
