Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead/Mentor and manage the QA team
- Workflow Management & Cross functional team collaborations
- Process Improvement: Continuously analyse the workflow to identify bottlenecks, reduce rework, and improve the overall efficiency of the issue resolution process.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ticket volume, resolution times, "Not Feasible" rates, and successful fix rates.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- >= 7 years of professional service with at least 1-2 years as a Manager and 2-3 years as a Team Lead on papers
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of data quality principles and QA methodologies.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with JIRA or similar issue-tracking and project management software.
