How You’ll Make a Difference
As an Executive Assistant in the Redwood City office, you’ll use your well-honed administrative skills to support several members of our executive team. In this role, you’ll have a tremendous impact on our senior leadership team’s ability to deliver on our goal of bringing a transformative cell therapy product to patients.
The “Fine Print” – What You’ll Do
- Manager complex calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritize appointments for several members of our executive team.
- Coordinate and facilitate travel arrangements, track expenses, and submit reimbursement reports.
- Assist team members with organizing company events, team meetings, and internal communications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on special projects as needed.
Skills and Experience We Look For
- Proven success in a high-level administrative role supporting C-level and/or senior-level executives.
- Highly professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, superior written and oral communications skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Excellent computer skills; proficient or advanced skill in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to effectively handle confidential information.

The base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000 per year. Where a candidate falls within that range is determined by factors such as years of experience. Our compensation package also includes an annual bonus based on company goals and an equity (RSU) grant. We do offer relocation assistance for roles if required.
