Position Summary

Arcesium seeks an exceptional intern to join our Forward Deployed team in Client and Partner Development. The Forward Deployed team solves for a wide variety of high impact problems with sophisticated financial services clients at the edge of our product capabilities. The goal of our summer internship program is to give exposure to a wide range of strategic projects to students with interest in technology and finance space. Both undergraduate and graduate students of all years are welcome and encouraged to apply. The intern will work with members of the Client & Partner Development team and/or product, as well as members of senior management.

Responsibilities

- Understand a goal and end state for a client project and execute to achieve that end state. Deconstruct client problems into their component parts, design scalable solutions in collaboration with other teams (e.g., Forward Deployed Software Engineers, Forward Deployed Data Strategists, and Product Managers)
- Drive new product innovation and software development; suggest ways to reduce costs and improve processes.
- Ability to works through problem statements objectively and come up with optimal solutions, both commercially and process wise.
- Keen interest in automating processes and reducing overhead by eliminating manual tasks.

Qualifications

- Software engineering background, hands-on coding skills, design knowledge and architecture intelligence, cloud solutions knowledge, and data analysis techniques
- Strong thinking and communication skills, both written and verbal, is required.

The expected monthly salary for this position is $5,500. Our compensation package also includes a one-time housing stipend
