Software Engineer Intern

Position Summary

Arcesium seeks an exceptional Software Engineer Intern to join our Technology team for the summer. The goal of our summer internship program is to give exposure to the projects and environment here at Arcesium. On the development team, the Intern will learn about and contribute to shipping the applications and features which power our business.

Responsibilities

- Work directly with full-time engineers on our core platform and related products
- Learn about how to build and scale a modern cloud-based enterprise SaaS business
- Collaborate with our development team to help build next generation software

Qualifications

- A demonstrated passion for technology and innovative problem solving
- A basic understanding of web application design, comfort with at least one programming language, and a desire to learn about new technologies and systems
- A strong academic background in computer science and at least three years of either personal or professional coding experience
- Professional or personal experience with Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, SQL, and/or AWS (this is a strong plus)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to construct rigorous arguments

The expected monthly salary for this position is $10,000. Our compensation package also includes a one-time housing stipend.
