- Run multivariate tests to measure and improve engagement and site conversion rates.
- Optimize key conversion paths across websites and funnels.
- Analyze site performance using GA4, Microsoft Clarity, SEMrush, and other data intelligence tools and integrations, creating and managing dashboards that can speak to both technical and lay audiences.
- Create and document clear processes for analytics reporting and SEO performance.
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years technical SEO and analytics experience in a digital marketing environment.
- Strong hands-on SEO experience (technical, on-page, content), with a detailed understanding of the ever evolving AEO/GEO landscape.
- Deeply experienced in measuring and analyzing site performance, with the ability to create and update robust reporting dashboards (Looker) where none might exist.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance strategy with execution.
- A proactive collaborator who sees problems, proposes solutions, and drives them to completion while managing complex project requirements and stakeholders.
- Well-versed in the tools of the trade (GA4, Looker, Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Clarity, Screaming Frog, others).
- Adept at working in a modern CMS environment (Builder, Sanity).
- Solid, hands-on understanding of modern web development.
