Studio Coordinator (Temporary position)
Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

What You’ll Do:
Note: This is a part time temporary position
Manage credit card expenses
Proper documentation/classification of credit card purchases
Monitor monthly spending limit by maintaining budget tracker
Creatively strategize alternatives for credit card purchasing
Studio Ordering
Keep kitchen stocked and organized
Costco, Imperfect Foods, Nespresso, Instacart
All Amazon purchases
Submit all orders from team channel
Supply cabinet
Printing supplies
Maintain Second Design Studio space (TB2)
Creatively refresh kitchen and bathrooms
Shipping
Drop items at shipping companies as needed
Create shipping labels, packing lists, and commercial invoices as needed
Monitor shipments to ensure timely deliveries
Goods receipts
Misc. Site Maintenance
T&E for VP and necessary visitors
Resin waste pickups as needed
Shredding bin pickup as needed
Battery disposals as needed
Machine maintenance scheduling as needed
3D printers, air compressor, HVAC system
Monitor IT / Facilities tickets
Drive expected results with timeliness and proper execution
Initiate and submit Supplier Onboarding per established process
What You Need:
- Extremely detail oriented, able to work with numbers quickly but precisely
- Experience in Excel or Sheets
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to work with interruptions
- Creative problem solver – never taking “can’t” as a dead end
- Reliable transportation for studio errands
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with Concur and Slack
- Experience in automotive or aviation
- Experience in B2B contracts

Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
