General Manager, KSA
Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

What you’ll do:
- Build relationships with key Saudi government entities, regulators, and local partners that will accelerate our entry and growth in the KSA market.
- Own the P&L and all KPIs for the KSA market, ensuring that Archer achieves its launch milestones and long-term growth targets.
- Lead regulatory navigation and secure all necessary approvals for aircraft operations and infrastructure deployment.
- Oversee the setup of local operations, including site readiness, logistics, and government affairs.
- Serve as Archer’s senior-most representative in the Kingdom, building strong rapport with public and private stakeholders.
- Recruit and manage a high-performing local team across commercial, operations, and strategy.
- Document learnings and build a scalable playbook for market expansion across other markets.
What you need:
- 10+ years of total experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience launching and scaling a business unit or market from 0 to 1 in a complex, regulated environment
- Deep familiarity with the Saudi Arabian business and government landscape
- Strong commercial and financial acumen to manage local budgets and performance
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing market conditions
- Fluency in English and Arabic required
- Based in KSA and willing to travel up to 25% to HQ and other regions as needed
Bonus Qualifications:
- MBA or advanced STEM degree
- Experience in aviation, mobility, or infrastructure
- Prior experience managing aircraft certification or working with civil aviation authorities
- Early career experience in management consulting or investment banking
- Experience working with U.S. or international companies entering the GCC region
