Position Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to optimize and streamline our sales processes, manage our CRM systems, and drive operational efficiency across our sales organization. This role will be crucial in maintaining and improving our sales infrastructure, automating workflows, and providing data-driven insights to support our sales team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce CRM, including flows and automation.
  • Develop and manage Zapier integrations to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Identify and implement solutions for emerging operational challenges.
  • Provide marketing operations support and collaborate with the marketing team.
  • Ensure data accuracy by maintaining records and troubleshooting automation errors.
  • Lead projects for operational improvements and meet with stakeholders for process enhancements.
  • Coordinate with product and data teams for data requests.
  • Support AWS, Azure, GCP GTM/syncing tools, and CSM co-sell initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce administration and flow building.
  • Strong knowledge of Zapier and major CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, and syncing tools (e.g., Labra, Suger), familiarity in Kubernetes is a plus
  • Light coding experience in Python, JS/TS, etc
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
