Producer (Unannounced Project)

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality games that captivate players and drive success? We’re looking for a Producer to help manage and support every stage of the product development cycle. In this role, you’ll drive new technical projects from concept to release, while continuously refining gameplay to keep players engaged and excited. You’ll collaborate across teams, gather feedback, adapt plans when necessary, and ensure smooth alignment throughout the process. As a key contributor, you’ll also be a mentor and resource for other Producers, helping guide them to success.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create project schedules, budget resources, drive milestones, and scope the project to ensure timely delivery.
- Track progress using collaborative tools and help manage project details over long timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Art, QA, Narrative, Cinematics, Audio) to facilitate interdepartmental communication.
- Build and maintain relationships with support teams, including Community, Technical Support, HR, Facilities, Marketing, Localization, and IT.
- Identify and allocate resources needed to complete projects on time and within scope.
- Assist in the implementation of assigned features and/or content.
- Manage dependencies across teams and departments, ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Participate in post-project reviews and help refine processes to improve efficiency, communication, and overall quality.
- Monitor and assess change requests, escalating significant scope changes to leadership.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Assist teams with dependency management, removing blockers, and communicating project changes.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a background in Game Development or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager leading software development from discovery to release
- Previous experience with video game development, including completing two development cycles (Pre-production, Production, Post Production, Live support) and shipping two (2) titles. AAA multi-platform game development preferred.
- Experience in areas of specialization (Engineering, Art, Design, Product, Live Operations, or Marketing).
- Experience shipping software on multiple platforms is a plus.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work transparently with large, cross-discipline teams.
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Knowledge of game development workflows, pipelines, and processes.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Miro, Jira, and Confluence, with a knack for creating reports and visualizations.
- A passion for the gaming industry and a desire to create top-quality interactive experiences.
- Ability to create and monitor project schedules, deliver feedback, and drive teams to meet goals and milestones.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills with a calm, compassionate approach in fast-paced environments.
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn from challenges and mistakes.
- Ability to work effectively in hybrid work settings (onsite and remote).
This is a hybrid position based out of our Bellevue, WA office.
Please note that the pay range listed in this job posting reflects the full salary range for this position. While we provide this range to offer transparency, our target hiring range typically falls between the minimum and the midpoint, allowing for growth potential within the role.
Total compensation is salary plus an annual bonus potential. When determining an offer amount, many things are taken into consideration such as qualifications, experience, internal equity and work location. We strive to provide competitive and equitable compensation packages to all our employees.
This role is also eligible for medical, dental, vision and life insurance, short and long term disability, 401(k), flexible and dependent care spending accounts, PTO, paid holidays and parental leave.
Bellevue pay range
$89,105 - $129,205 USD
