Countering Adversary Defense Industry Staff Officer II – HUMINT & Sensitive Activities Directorate
Position Overview
The Countering Adversary Defense Industry Staff Officer II will provide essential support to the HUMINT & Sensitive Activities Directorate within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)). This role involves analyzing data, developing strategies, and coordinating with various stakeholders to counter adversary defense industry threats.

Job Responsibilities and/or Success Factors
· Data Analysis and Strategic Opportunities:
· Independently analyze relevant data to identify strategic opportunities in support of the division mission.
· Identify all-source information gaps and executable actions based on various DoD, IC, and LE authorities and capabilities.
· Identify trends and opportunities for collaboration across different campaigns within the division.
· Project Development and Coordination:
· Develop and coordinate projects within DoD and across USG to enable multi-INT operations, sensitive operations, and opportunities for collection, analysis, and re-integration of intelligence.
· Stakeholder Engagement:
· Develop and coordinate staff actions with appropriate stakeholders and offices to obtain required support for recommendations to DoD and national-level leaders.
· Draft concise briefings, effective visuals, talking points, and read-ahead memos for IC community partners and DoD senior leadership.
· Meeting Coordination:
· Coordinate and execute virtual and in-person meetings and represent the division’s mission and efforts in interagency working groups.
· Management and Governance Support:
· Support management, governance, task monitoring, and analysis for oversight and execution of the division mission.
· Provide recommendations for the development of policy for senior decision maker’s consideration and gather information that assists senior leadership in monitoring policy compliance.
· Interagency Coordination:
· Develop, manage, and mature participation and interagency coordination through broad communities of interest and topic-specific working groups.
· Create and maintain information management tools/repositories for division use.
· Data Consolidation and Analysis:
· Consolidate and analyze qualitative and quantitative data across interagency working groups to support assessments, identifying opportunities, and collective decision-making.
· Formalize division business processes and implement new processes to solidify and refine the operations of the division.
Education and Minimum Qualifications
· Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI Clearance.
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Minimum of 3 years of experience producing reports and briefings in DoD or the Intelligence Community (IC).
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in intelligence analysis.
· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a high-stakes environment and manage multiple priorities.
