The Opportunity:

We are hiring a Business Applications Administrator to support the effectiveness and efficiency of the enterprise applications within our organization. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Enterprise Business Applications, this role will be responsible for managing day-to-day help desk requests, troubleshooting break-fix issues, and ensuring quality assurance and documentation for our critical business systems, including Salesforce CRM, Oracle NetSuite ERP, Gainsight CSM and Impartner PSM. The ideal candidate will provide user support, maintain system integrity, and contribute to process improvements that enhance overall system performance and user experience.

This position is ideal for someone looking to build a career in business application administration while gaining hands-on experience in help desk support, system maintenance, quality assurance testing and cross-functional collaboration.

Location: India or San Jose, Costa Rica 

What You'll Do

  • User Support & Training:
    • Respond to, and resolve help desk tickets related to business application issues, configurations, and user access.
    • Assist end-users with troubleshooting system errors, data discrepancies, and workflow challenges.
    • Provide guidance and training to users on best practices and system functionalities.
    • Manage user access, roles, profiles, sharing rules, security settings, permissions adjustments, and groups.
    • Provide excellent, operational support to our customer facing teams and other departments to address issues and optimize workflows.
  • System Administration & Maintenance:
    • Perform routine system updates and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
    • Maintain data integrity by monitoring duplicate records and ensuring accurate data entry.
    • Assist with basic configuration tasks, such as creating fields, reports, and dashboards.
    • Support system enhancements and process improvements to drive scalability and productivity.
  • Quality Assurance & Testing:
    • Participate in testing bug fixes, new features, system updates, and integrations.
    • Identify and document system bugs, inconsistencies, and enhancement opportunities.
    • Work with architects, developers and business analysts to validate requirements and test solutions.
    • Support regression testing and validate system changes before deployment.
  • Process Improvement & Documentation:
    • Document troubleshooting steps, configurations, and system changes.
    • Identify opportunities to improve user experience and system performance.
    • Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures for business application usage and administration.
    • Build and maintain key documentation and training regarding our policies, business processes, and requirements.
    • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.

What We Expect:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Basic knowledge of business application administration, with Salesforce and/or NetSuite Administrator certification preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, or software testing is a plus.
  • Experience supporting customer-facing and general & administrative departments with productivity and data integrity tools.
  • Familiarity and experience working within the Cyber Security industry (preferred).
  • Experience with Snowflake (preferred).
  • Experience with Google Suite.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office – advanced Excel.

Salary range guidance for this position is:   ₹2,540,000- 3,175,000
