We’re looking for a Hands-on UI Lead- a creative thinker and design leader driven by curiosity, technology, and true innovation.  A system-minded senior designer who’s passionate about building not just interfaces, but a design culture. A creative leader who loves innovation, precision, and beauty - and knows how to blend them into scalable, meaningful designs. 

A Team player with great communication skills, and can prioritize and work on multiple projects

You’ll lead the UI Domain across multiple product lines, from defining new and visionary design concepts to maintaining a robust and scalable Design System. This role blends pure design work (Vision, exploration, Prototyping) with process optimization and close collaboration with development, leveraging AI tools and automation to enhance efficiency and precision.  

 

What you will do…

  • Develop & maintain the company’s style guide & Design System with ongoing improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with Products, UX, and dev teams to ensure consistency, quality, and innovation across all product lines. 
  • Streamline hand-off processes between design and development.
  • Bring the company’s platform to the next level with delightful, innovative, cutting-edge designs.
  • Deliver design solutions to stakeholders and company executives, defend design decisions, and incorporate feedback into the design cycle.

 

What we expect…

  • 10-15 years of experience in digital products.  
  • Expert level proficiency in Figma (Auto layout, variants, variables, prototyping). Self-motivated, directed, and independent.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining a large-scale Design System.
  • Strong Understanding of front-end development workflows and how design translates into code. 
  • Deep curiosity about technology, especially AI, automation, and design-to-dev tools

An advantage:

  • Cybersecurity experience is a huge plus
  • Experience in user research, from problem discovery to usability testing.
  • Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication
