Sourcing Specialist

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently and effectively sourcing new freight sales agents that meet or exceed our standard requirements for our agent program. You will perform both inbound and outbound lead generation activities to bring on new business.
Responsibilities:
- Identify prospects and develop qualified leads through cold calling, internet research, social media, email campaigns, LinkedIn, industry publications, and any other marketing outlets as needed
- Effectively screen all outbound leads to determine quality
- Attend career events and conferences to drive qualified leads as needed
- Produce consistent number of qualified leads and make introductions to the agent recruiters
- Build strong relationships with prospective partners
- Organize and document all contacts made through our CRM, Sales Force
- Coordinate through Marketing, Agent Success, Shared Services, and Recruiters to create and implement talent sourcing, marketing, and recruiting strategies
- Actively participate in monthly/quarterly email campaigns to new prospects
- Actively participate in new marketing initiatives
- Coordinate new marketing initiatives to enhance employer brand and generate new, quality leads
- Coordinate through marketing to help develop and implement various email and social media campaigns to secure new leads
- Other tasks assigned through Marketing, Agent Success, Director of agent recruiting, VP of Agent Recruiting and executive team to further develop any process for the Agent Recruiting team and Agent Network
- Track lead progression through Salesforce
Requirements:
- Experience in transportation preferred but not required
- 2 years of experience in networking, marketing and lead generation preferred
- Demonstrated history of being an outgoing self-starter
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
