Your Role
We’re seeking a Technical Sourcer to support our growing engineering hiring efforts. In this role, you’ll focus on identifying and engaging top full-stack engineering talent to build a strong, diverse pipeline for our team. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to drive sourcing strategies, surface exceptional candidates, and ensure a smooth start to the candidate journey.
Responsibilities will include
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiting leadership to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Proactively source full-stack engineers, and craft compelling outreach messages to drive engagement with passive candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
- Report on sourcing progress, pipeline health, and key metrics
- Collaborate with recruiters and interviewers to continuously improve our sourcing and recruiting processes
You might be a good fit if you are/have
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing engineering talent, ideally in a high-growth or startup environment
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools (e.g., Gem)
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse a plus)
- Excellent written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to self-start, and work independently
Contract Details
- Initial Term: 3 months
- Compensation: Competitive monthly rate (paid bi-weekly), commensurate with experience
- Conversion: Potential for full-time hire based on performance
