Role Overview

We are building a high-impact Analytics team capability at the heart of Inizio Advisory and hiring a Principal to join the Data Strategy & Analytics group. This team shapes smarter strategies while driving measurable outcomes for global life sciences clients. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team that transforms data into strategic advantage—helping clients navigate complexity, innovate faster, and achieve outcomes that truly matter.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Building and enhancing existing Pharma client relationships and for overseeing the delivery of DnA/AI projects.
• Development of key insights and translation into compelling storylines and presentations.
• Extensive project work planning and client interaction and management.
• Leadership effectiveness through team management, coaching, mentoring, and culture building
• Participation in industry thought leadership
• Establish clearer resourcing methods and processes for team scalability
• Support hiring strategy evolution based on future client work (e.g., claims analytics, commercial analytics, AI/GenAI solutions)

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Extensive experience in Life Sciences data analytics and consulting.
• A proven problem-solving capability through data strategies, technology, and emerging AI/GenAI solutions.
• Working knowledge of Pharmaceutical data sets (claims, prescription, lab, engagement, experience data)
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik Sense)
• Experience with healthcare datasets (e.g., Komodo, IQVIA, Symphony, Truven, Optum, Flatiron, Charge Master, Lab, Provider and Payer data)
• Practical application of AI/ML/NLP use cases in Life Sciences
• GenAI pioneer with experience applying LLMs in Pharma
• Extensive experience in project work planning and client management
• Successful history of people and team management
• Ability to develop key insights and translation into compelling presentations
• Experience in Proposal development
• Participation in industry thought leadership
