Due to continuing growth, we have fantastic opportunities for Project Assistants to join our Ashfield MedComms team on either a full time or part time basis. 


About the role

As a Project Assistant you will support our Client Services teams with the financial management of our accounts including timely and accurate data entry for a wide variety of financial inputs to support precise forecasting. You will prepare and cascade financial reports including budgeting and forecasting and update and manage financial tracking for accounts. In addition, you will liaise with other business areas including Finance to drive the monthly invoicing process to meet set deadlines. You will be responsible for creating new projects, updating project budgets and reconciling, utilising our financial management software.


About you:


•    Previous experience working in an administrative or support function role
•    Excellent attention to detail and demonstrable ability to understand and review data sets
•    Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Previous database experience is desirable
•    Demonstrable prioritisation and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
•    Able to work as part of a team as well as independently, with a proactive approach to your work
•    Strong relationship management and communication skills
•    Ability to work under pressure and to set deadlines.

This position may include days in office, with our Manchester and Macclesfield locations available.
